To NameFound64: You're correct. You can actually chainsaw the female dolls... That said, if you chainsaw the sane shadow lady then a female doll, she will completely freak out and chase you at high speed, even running in a zig-zag. She will transport you to a completely dark and empty place (I should have tried to use the lantern effect there to see if there was something hidden in that room without exit).
