I found something useful when it comes to navigating through the hordes of multi-colored silhouttes to the taxi from the top of the map. you need to equip the rainbow effect and wander through the horde until you find some flashing silhouttes(only flashing while rainbow effect is equiped); they will act as teleporters to take you to different areas of the highway area. It is sort of a like a teleport maze come to think about it. Hopefully this will help.
