Overview
Dekishi-san (or Drowning Man) is a strange creature that can be found in the water of the bridge to the Witch's Island, same as Kisu-Tenmetsu. He's one of the water creatures in the game. His body is dusky green with orange shadow line, and an orb-like thing between his hand. He looks somewhat like a drowning man.

He can react normally with Cat and Stoplight effect. Like other water creatures he can't be reached.
