Alternate downloads (doesn't contain last version)

Latest Version: 0.097b (no "RPG_RT.exe" / "Picture/pc yumegamen 03-141.xyz" included in the release for some reason, "RPG_RT.exe file" / "Picture/pc yumegamen 03-141.xyz" from the older versions does work with it, and "Picture/pc yumegamen 03-141.xyz" can be replaced with "Picture/pc yumegamen 03-140.xyz").

If the site doesn't load correctly, try using a japanese proxy to connect to the downloads page, they limited the bandwidth for their site for people who don't live in japan, you can't download multiple files at the same time.
