Urotsuki will gain the Plaster Cast effect when she interacts with Heishi-kun.

Appearance
Heishi-kun has light purple skin and wears a black gakuran uniform and a black mariner cap. Both his legs are in a plaster cast and so is his left arm and next to his right is one crutch, likely to help him walk instead of fashion.
