[[Category:juda]] Ice Floe World (流氷, Ryūhyō, Drift Ice) is an area accessible from Paradise by climbing the stairs.
Features
This large, looping area is filled with flashing stars, narwhals, long flowing ice snakes resembling an Aurora, and large chunks of ice that seem to float there, unmoving. If you equip the Chainsaw effect, the ice floes will turn blood red as if stained; especially the pointy ones, which appear as if they have been used as a murder weapon, and the Teru Teru Bōzu effect can be used to make it snow.
The various NPCs here include dancing snowflakes and diamonds, cliones, and a large dancing green snake similar to the auroras. Of note is one particular NPC that resembles a saw that rapidly shoots across the screen across a path where the ice walls are split in half. It cuts Urotsuki in half when collided with, unequipping any effect in use. It is extremely hard to find and cannot be killed.
Southeast of the dancing aurora snake is an igloo. On the inside is a small aquarium, with tanks containing the skeletons of frozen fish. The fish skeletons twitch if you flash the Lantern at them. The next room is a corridor with decaying walls, leading to a staircase that ends in a large gate that appears to resemble the huge gaping jaw of a fish, which will take you to the Great Fish's Stomach (赤潮, Akashio, Red tide).
Great Fish's Stomach
The insides of the fish is a dark, underwater environment where shrimps and sea slugs frolic around.
As the area takes place underwater, the Lantern effect cannot be used to light the surroundings. Going southeast of the entrance will lead to a white passageway to Mangrove Forest.
