The area is far, ''far'' more difficult to navigate than Whipped Cream World, absolutely filled to the brim with secret passages hidden in the brush. In addition, the area is surprisingly large, and could take upwards of several minutes to explore in its fullest. | The area is far, ''far'' more difficult to navigate than Whipped Cream World, absolutely filled to the brim with secret passages hidden in the brush. The initial section of the area is identical in structure to the forest in Whipped Cream World outside the entrance to the mansion, except one cannot access the large clearing north of the mansion. However, the path to the main area of Whipped Cream World has been blocked off, and instead the player is forced to explore a much more difficult network of brush to get to the clearing. | The initial section of the area is identical in structure to the forest in Whipped Cream World outside the entrance to the mansion, except one cannot access the large clearing north of the mansion. Once the player has found the clearing, they can head south through more brush to find a smaller area, with a frowning face on the ground, visible if the player headed west at the blocked off portal back to Whipped Cream World instead of east. Monkey Wasteland (working title) is an area accessed by interacting with the monkey servant that appears beside the hole in the Monkey Mansion Basement after viewing the March of Progress event.
Features
The Monkey Wasteland is a deranged, dying version of Whipped Cream World, perhaps representative of intense rot or infection. The ground is a dark maroon-like color and the stalks and plants typical of Whipped Cream World have shriveled and turned a sickly brown.
The area is far, far more difficult to navigate than Whipped Cream World, absolutely filled to the brim with secret passages hidden in the brush. In addition, the area is surprisingly large, and could take upwards of several minutes to explore in its fullest.
