Square Ruins (遺跡2, Iseki 2 Ruins 2) is a maze-like area accessible from Cosmic World.
Features
The Square Ruins is a foreboding maze-like area, akin to a much darker version of Square-Square World, with many huge blocks floating inside a cavernous stone building, getting darker as you travel deeper into the maze. It is very easy to get lost here.
You navigate through the world by passing through many window-like doors found among the giant bricks. From the large main door at the beginning of the world, you can go through the leftmost door, then go in the door on the right at the next crossroads, and then go to the door just to the left of the giant pillar with the door in it. From there, at the next crossroads if you take the leftmost door, you'll end up in a junction with a center door surrounded by strange light and dark circular tiles.
This door leads to a set of very long ladders that descend into the depths of the temple. At the very bottom of the temple is a single door that leads to a small vine-covered room, with a light blue door in the center of the back wall. Travelling through this door leads Urotsuki into the Depths.
Entering this world through a ladder in the trench of the Neon Sea will lead to a tiny section of the area you can't access through any other means. Here you can find two doors; one leads to a single block with a view of a large dinosaur skull on another nearby block, while the other leads to what appears to be a small bedroom, with a couch and a bed, indented into the side of the huge structure that makes up the Square Ruins.
