[[Category:Kontentsu]] The Statue Forest is a location accessible by interacting with one of the portals located in the northern area of the Sugar Road.

Annotated map of the area.

Features

The Statue Forest is a thickly forested, mazelike area. The area is dotted with various bizarre sculptures of cubes, nondescript creatures, and abstract shapes. Many hidden passages among the trees can be found at certain points, which allows Urotsuki to reach deeper or hidden sections.

Following the path from the entrance, a road division can be found. Going south from here leads to a dead-end where a cubical structure can be found, along with a vending machine. Going instead to the right eventually leads to a small portion of water with three paths to follow. A hidden path can be found at the left of this small portion of water, where a orange creature stuck to the ground can be found, which makes a telephone sound on interaction. Interacting with another green creature that has a similar appearance unlocks a connection between both creatures, serving as a shortcut.

Going to the right instead leads to a circular and apparently dead-end section, where an unreachable, closed-off entrance can be seen. A hidden passage located at the center of this circular section can be accessed from somewhere at the bottom of the perimeter. Following this path eventually leads to a section with two routes to the right blocked by barriers, cones and constructions signs, and aditionally another path to the south with a yellow tentacle with red spikes on the back. Interacting with this tentacle from the bottom allows access to the Monster's Room. Inside this room, there's another tentacle with the same colors as the one previously seen can be located, bringing the player back to the forest when touched. Following the wooden passages and passing another path blocked by barriers and signs eventually leads to another route division, with one to the right kinda hidden by trees, and another to the north. Two gray, cubical structures can be found to the north, along with an entrance with similar features. Entering this structure leads to a monochrome tunnel, which serves as an entrance to the Submerged Communications Area. Following the right path leads first to a green creature with one eye, floating in water and then to a green creature, which, on interaction leads back the hidden section with the orange creature previously described, unlocking the connection between both creatures. Going back to the right from here leads back to the three-way road separation with the source of water in the middle.

Going north instead from the source of water leads to another apparently blocked path, where going to the right from below the red and blue sign leads to a hidden path with a series of bridges and statues. A long bridge with purple planks and construction signs at the sides is found at the end of the road, allowing entrance to the Dreadful Docks.
