From the Snowy Apartments, the area starts off with a small maze of oil tanks. Left of the entrance here is a barricaded staircase, while the right is a clear path. The downward staircase seen from this path loops through this section's second staircase from the left. The staircase between the aforementioned loop, which is blocked by oil tanks, where the presence of one of these oil tanks is determined upon sleeping, leads to an infinite staircase which can only be escaped from by using the [[Effects#Eyeball_Bomb Eyeball Bomb]] effect or by waking up.
