Wind Turbine Plateau is a straightforward path, which features a scenery of a verdant land filled with gigantic wind turbines, as well as the Twin Mountains from the balcony of Urotsuki's Room.
Halfway through the area is a gigantic tower that appears to be a cross between the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Tower of Babel, where you can see the rest of the tower by facing at its direction.
