This doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere in the article. Ok, but I'm not sure if it should be considered an actual two-way connection, considering this is likely a glitch. It'd still be worth editing into the actual article, let me get on that.

It turns out you can go back to The Deciding Street by penguin sliding through the area that makes the green creature appear, but you have to do it twice when going into the Netherworld and when going out because the squares work any time you actually step on them..

You have to slide through this string of squares (they're invisible in-game, and this makes the thing kinda hard to do)
