Cerasus has quite the colorful cast of characters that can be found throughout the Dream World. Some seem to be people Reshnha has met in the real world throughout his life, and others seem to simply be denizens of the strange and wondrous Dream World. Nonetheless, interacting with some will help Reshnha progress through the Dream World as some may hold collectible items such as Effects or Pwee Dolls. Some also speak, often holding hints to events in Reshnha's life. Some simply amble around, making the Dream World feel alive and busy as if it is a whole other realm of its own.
