Yume Tsushin has two endings, one taking place in dream world, and the other in the real world. Both can be seen after collecting all of the game’s Effects.
Ending #1
Spoilers:
Ending #2
Spoilers:
This ending, in contrast to the first one, takes place in the real world while still requiring the player to have all of the effects connected.
Instead of going to sleep, you have to go outside of your apartment and go to the nearby phone booth. Wormiko is seemingly making a call, but then sits down.
Variation
The real world version of the Hat and Scarf effect can be equipped for this ending, however it doesn’t change much aside from Wormiko wearing it during the sequence.

Spoilers:
“Tsūshin” (つうしん) in Japanese can mean either:
- Communication, to communicate with someone (when written as 通信)
- Anxiety and emotional suffering (when written as 痛心)
Both of those meanings could be seen in both of the endings, communication especially is prevalent.
It seems like the main character is trying to communicate with somebody who is likely important to them, perhaps even being anxious about them/their relationship with each other.
