Flesh Walls Forest is an area accessible after unplugging the monitor in Heart World.

Features

Flesh Walls Forest is a relatively small, looping area. Most of it is covered by trees and walls with windows, some of them with blood and flesh of an unknown source. However, one of them contains a red light, which leads to the Beating Heart event.

A character, Ruri, is found wandering in the forest, they have a darkened face and their right arm is severely injured. Upon interacting the player will be able to see a more detailed version of them, revealing that the right side of their face is affected as well. Ruri will stare at the player with a blank expression before fading away and leaving their backpack behind.
