Overview

Neon Parrot is an effect NPC from whom the Neon effect can be obtained. He can be found in Neon World by going one room west and two north from the entrance plaza.

Trivia

Neon Parrot holds high resemblance to Nasu.
He runs away at twice his normal speed when the Knife is equipped.
