Overview
Pain Blob is a NPC that can be found in The Sewers east side from the ladder. It is a faceless purple slime-like creature that blocks the way to the east side of entrance.
Interaction
It only reacts with the Knife effect that makes it a hollow sad pain face after stabbing it, it can't be kill no matter how many times you had stabbed. It doesn't move by using Cat effect.

Stab it by using Knife effect
Speculation
- It might be used to block the way to the Nopperabou Ghost's place by making the Sewers to look like a loop, but at the end the creator blocked the both side.
