There are two restrooms in the game:
- The men's Restroom in Block World
- The women's Restroom in Graffiti World
Madotsuki can use both, which has caused some speculation about Madotsuki's gender. Using the restroom doesn't do anything except allowing the player to hear a flushing noise when Madotsuki is done.
