Walking Eye is a minor Non-Effect NPC that can be seen walking in one of the hallways of the FC House.
Overview
It is a small, black, bipedal creature with a single prominent eye. Its body shape is similar to that of Madotsuki and other human or humanoid characters. It ignores Madotsuki except for showing the standard reactions to the Cat, Stoplight and Knife effects.
You can find the Walking Eye by going down the first set of stairs after entering the FC House and taking the door to the right, the Walking Eye will be wandering around on the ground floor.
