The Ocean Floor is where the Tentacles prayer can be found, explore the area until you find a fairly solid light blue jellyfish, interact with it and you'll get the prayer.
Other than that, there isn't much else to explore down here for now, so you have to head back to the Underwater Ship via the haloed creature again.
