i personally think it's a rotten egg, and those eggs appears in 'homy places', like the rooms have a bed, a desk, etc but when she uses her glasses to see the 'hidden', rotten egg appears. probably indicates a dysfuntional family.
in green neon world hidden room, there's a blue creature with hair that's kind of similar to urotsuki, waiting sitting on the bed, and she refuses to come in. my theory is that her father (because the rooms are 'homy') may sexually abuses her.
but in ending #6, she disappear like ghost and returned with super creepy smile (i actually turned down the volume because i was scared) and rotten egg appear. i guess she snapped when she realized something from the eggs. maybe she's a ghost? maybe she's an child that failed to born and became a ghost (rotten egg)?
i don't know, i'm really confused. any theory? the game's not finished so i guess there's no complete theory about this game… :( …exept for ending #2.
