To be honest I don't really know how I got it. I have all the wallpapers, 90% of the puzzles , all the music selections save for 38 and 52 because those two are buggy, triggered all the random events except for the clown in the boy's bathroom, and all of the effects. I got this ending just by loading my save game and going to the balcony in the real world and it just happens.
