«But the cliff is white!»
Well then, why not call it "Red Sky Cliff", the original name? What's the point of the contraction if it becomes confusing like this? 109.165.41.18 07:55, November 4, 2017 (UTC)
Because I didn't choose that name. This area was already known as the Red Cliff in the West before I made the page, so I just copied the name over. Feel free to change it if you want. Lips McGee (talk) 14:42, November 4, 2017 (UTC)
If I may ask, whom are you referring to when you're saying "in the West" in this case? Honestly, I don't think I've ever seen a discussion about this world outside of our local wiki, at least definitely not on Uboachan. 109.165.41.18 18:26, November 4, 2017 (UTC)
Basically, on the Japanese wiki, the names used for the worlds is exactly the same as their official map name; so for example, on the Japanese wiki, the Butterfly Forest is named simply "Butterfly"; its map name. But here in the US we ascribe worlds different names which may have no resemblance at all to the official map name. This is what I mean by the Red Cliff's name "in the West"- it's its English name as given by members of the wiki.
Basically, someone else came up with "Red Cliff" before I did, and it seemed to be a common name that everyone used, so I just used it in making this page. Once again, feel free to rename it. Lips McGee (talk) 18:48, November 4, 2017 (UTC)
