How I got it was getting caught by the Shadow Lady in the Floating Red Tiles World you probably have to get caught by one that is already a shadow lady(w/o angering one) but you should probably go to the Floating Red Tiles World first, and if not then keep getting caught by shadow lady's that are already chasers.
