On another note, none of the variables mentioned in the screenshot appear anywhere but in the trigger for the wallpaper display. Which makes me wonder if that's even possible to unlock it. The wallpaper itself suggests you have to use Fairy effect, but again, there's no trigger associated with it on the map of the room.
