Using Google translate on the Japanese wiki for this game, it says "# 74 is using the "glasses" in the destination was examined electric bulletin board to enter the hand". (original text in case anybody can read it: ７４番は電光掲示板を調べた先で「めがね」を使うと手に入ります)
If anybody can figure out what this means, awesome. My guess is it might be talking about the hand hub maybe?? I'll try things out later.
It also says you get #142 after playing the game for 30 minutes (not including time the menu is open). I'll test this later too.
