I can't figure out the second kanji (yay for the so-called "ClearType" fonts and jpeg artifacts...), but it complains about an invalid image format. But says nothing about the name of the invalid file.
(Gotta love RPG Maker's cryptic error messages, my favourite one is the "Not implemented." that randomly pops up and crashes the game...)
