Closet Madotsuki is in a small closet found on the floating island in the Checkered Tile Path with what seems to be a sleeping Madotsuki inside. It can only be accessed by interacting with a shorter-than-average lamp in Lamp World. It can be viewed best by using the Severed Head or Midget effects while opening it, as all other effects are too big to see inside the closet properly.

She makes another appearance in YUMENIKKI -DREAM DIARY-, next to a collectible at the right of the lamp effect, in a lone hidden platform. The room is located on the second floor inside the Dark School. The closet appears to be much smaller, with Madotsuki barely fitting inside.

Speculations

It may be symbolic of Madotsuki's wish to hide herself from the world. It may also represent Madotsuki being literally locked in a closet, probably by the Toriningen, since a lot of closets are seen in the Guillotine World with many Toriningen coming after Madotsuki - an example of bullying she may have suffered.
It could possibly be referring to the expression "coming out of the closet", which means when a gay person wants to tell another that they are of that sexual orientation, or to "come" out of it.
The sprite may depict Madotsuki not sitting in a normal closet, but being "enshrined" within a Butsudan.
