Overviw
An NPC found in Candle World who looks like a colorful gnome carrying a sword and runs very quickly to the right. He runs at the same speed that Madotsuki moves with the Bicycle Effect and because of his speed he is hard to catch without the Bicycle or Stoplight effects.
Intaracting with him gives you the Midget Effect.
While running, he passes a purple pyramid which leads to The Checkered Tile Path.
Can be killed with the Knife Effect and reacts normally to the Cat Effect.
