S/He (we are not sure if it is male or female, but it is most likely male) is located by riding through each hallway in the hospital until you reach the last one where there is no way to move further on. Enter the second room in that final corridor and there will be a bed with something lumpy and thrashing underneath. If you interact with the bed, it will begin oozing the same green substance s/he is being fed through his/her IV. When the bed stops oozing, you will be transported to a room covered in a sickly, green wash with no windows. He will be in the top, middle of the room being fed through his I. No effects work on him, if you were to interact with him you will automatically kill him no matter if you have the chainsaw effect (or have it equipt). | ||
