Cripple-tan, or also known as Aojiru (青汁) by the Japanese fanbase, is a patient that can be found in the middle door of the last hallway in the Hospital. Inside the room, there is a bed with something lumpy and thrashing underneath. If you interact with the bed, it will begin to ooze a green substance that seems to be the same substance he is being fed through his IV. When the bed stops oozing, Urotsuki will be transported to an inescapable room covered in a sickly, green wash with no windows. Cripple-tan will appear next to the bed. He reacts to nothing, and if you even try to interact with him, Urotsuki will automatically kill him with the Chainsaw, even if you don't own it or have it equipped.
Cripple-tan can also be seen sleeping in his room when Urotsuki equips the Chainsaw and looks out of the rock formation in the Forest World.
