Boy Outline A boy that will appear after interacting with a blue object with a yellow dot on it. Once he appears he will wander around the door outside of the blue object hallway.
Interaction
When Urotsuki interacts with the boy Urotsuki will get the Boy effect. After obtaining the effect the boy simply ignores Urotsuki.
If the Chainsaw effect is equipped or the Wolf effect is in use the boy will walk away from Urotsuki
Urotsuki can walk through Boy Outline and the only way to kill him is to walk inside of him and use the Chainsaw.
