Dizzy Spirals World is a fairly small area accessible from the Deciding Street in Heart World.

The green and black floor tiles are in the shape of a distorted spiral, and there are many eyeballs on spring-like stalks in this area. There are also yellow striped spiral-like shapes as well. The background is red, green and blue (and is also one of the alternative backgrounds that you can get by using the Lantern effect in Heart World).
By interacting with the gray man, he transports you to the Deciding Street. By interacting with the red eyeball on a stalk, it will transport you to the Art Gallery. All of the yellow rings can be killed except one.
