Passing through it and pressing Z at the book's end will get on a place where Urotsuki got out of a bus. You can't change effects here. Upon getting on the far left, and pressing Z will make the Maiden's head pop out and fall in your front. If you go to it again, the head will be floating.

Goddes world.pngMarijuana Goddess World

This world is filled with noise and color. The colorful tiles make a sound when stepped on. The tiles together form a picture of a person sitting cross legged and holding a sun (It resembles Buddha). The person has a dot on his/her head. When you step on this dot the person will take up the whole screen and bounce up and down in front of you accompanied with a fast paced song. This world is filled with grey upright bugs and yellow noodle creatures.

Notable areas found within this world

File:Handoor.pngThe Hand Hub:Accessible from going straight down. A colorful hand-like place with various portals leading to other worlds.

Dark Room: Upon going down, find the southeast nest and go left and enter the room. It's a dark place with many rooms.

The Theatre: Upon entering the Dark Room, go right. You'll be on a deserted, dark Theartre with a girl.

The Sewers: Upon entering the Dark Room, go down then right by the doors. Then more right to climb up the stairs. It is raining out there. Just as the name says, it leads to the Town.

The Town: After the sewers, there is the town. Interacting with most people will make them disappear. There is a Mailbox that, if interacted, goes to an Museum. It is a Japanese town with buildings, a bus stop, and a bar.

The Museum:A strange blue museum filled with artifacts from your dreams. There, the Glasses and the spacesuit can be obtained.

The Orange/Grey Desert

It leads to a gray place, and going to the dooor at your left will lead you to Elvis, which plays a piano tune when you interact with him and a cat-looking thing. Going on the left door, then the north one, will get you to an area with a ghost. If you use the chainsaw in the mirror, chances are that the mirror will break, teleporting you to a different area, which, if you use the chainsaw again on the mirror at the extreme north, you'll be teleported to the area before you were teleported. But the ghost will be gone.

Notable areas found within this world

Nail World:A world with nails all around. A very 'creepy' area. Going from there, on a door, may lead you to a area which has some boxes (figures will pop out if you interact with them) and an exit.

Window: A place that can show either the Teddy bear land, or the Sand desert land.

Teddy Bear Land: A world with some Teddy Bears statues. But that wouldn't be frightening if not for the fact that some are covered in blood, some have their face filled with blood, and some have empty holes in the place of the face.

Floating Red Tiles World: Remisnescent of the Floating Tile world of Yume Nikki, it has an insane Shadow Lady, a bed, and two portals.

Farm World: A calm farm where there are some plants and a farmer watering a plot of some plants. If you talk to him, it will reply with a pizza image or a cannabis image. You interact with a tree (which is the portal) on the Floating Red Tiles to go to it.

The Baddies Bar:The outside is very reminding of Numbers world from Yume Nikki, and inside the bar is filled with a bunch of enemies. (They can't harm you). Reachable by interacting with the little green man on the Broken Faces Area.It is where the Trumpet effect is located.

Door.pngUrotsuki's Apartments

What the entrance looks like: A gray door.

A world that very much resembles Urotsuki's room, except without a computer and different games. Going out the door reveals what appears to be a large house. It may be what her house looks like.

Notable areas found within this world

Dressing Room:An area with various outfits to try on, including a maid outfit and business suit in the first room. In the second room, there's a black and white outfit, black and green outfit, green w/ black and white checkered outfit, artist's outfit, a generic outfit that may resemble Sabitsuki's, blue and white checkered outfit, and a blue outfit. Gravedoor.pngGraveyard World

A dark world filled with weird characters, gravestones, and giant objects shaped like the ace, the spade, the club, and the heart. You can't chainsaw the weird characters.

Fun Fact: The characters on the grave read Urotsuki.

Notable areas found within this world:

Weird Room: A room acessible by going southwest. Going inside will reveal a strange cyan and yellow sculpture. There is a chance that if you go out, the pink tongue-like characters will surround the outside of the Weird Room and one of them will get you. You will be at the same outside, but the Pink characters nearby will act like they were chainsawed.

The Hospital: A place accessible by going into the vomiting heart. A very quiet place. In most rooms, you'll won't find anything interesting. On some, they have monsters, a pink character (this one you can chainsaw), a walking outfit, and the Cripple-Tan event.

The Hospital Outskirts: Acessible by going to the last corridor and entering the first door. By passing by, scary, but calm music will play. And if you step in the teleporter, you'll go to a place where the music is louder and there are aces, spades, hearts, and clubs vomiting. One of the vomiting clubs will lead you to the chainsaw effect.

Geodoor.pngGeometry World

Notable areas found within this world

The Rave Party:An area that resembles the Hand Hub.To get there, you must go above the doorway that you get the boy effect from. Turn left once you see two lines that resemble a boot. When you pass by two more shapes, go up and turn left once you see another shape. Go down to a block from there and enter. From there, keep going to your right until you find yourself in front of a yellow and red object. The gray ovals will come by your direction and you will be transported to a passageway that splits on two sides at the end. Equip the glasses effect and follow the directions of the yellow silhouette. Once you arrive in a black and red area, go down to the end and bother the last object. If you do this enough times, you will be transported to the passageway once again. Only with the silhouette flashing in different colors. You will be taken to the rave party once you interact with it.

Garden World

What the entrance looks like: A white flower and a pink flower.

A large world. It has blue grass and green plants. Stepping into a shadow changes these colors to orange grass, and yellow and green plants. Flies float around the area, and the buildings take you to strange houses. The Bike effect can be found here.

Notable areas found within this world

Toydoor.pngToy World/ Lego Blocks World

A world filled with Lego blocks and checkered platforms. The purple floor allows Urotsuki to slide about, but only in one general direction at a time. If you eat the cheese on the plate, Urotsuki shrinks, allowing you to access new areas of the world that you couldn't when you were large. Eat the cheese again to get larger again.

Notable areas found within this world

Mini Maze: From a first person perspective, you have to guide Urotsuki through a series of passageways. Pressing Z activates a map where a small sprite of Urotsuki marks where you are. In past versions of the game, this area was where the Medabomb effect could be found. On the original map of the Mini Maze, you can see that the paths are arranged as the digits in Pi.

The Mini-Town: If you eat the cheese at the north, you'll become a giant and you will walk over the houses and buildings, until the effect ends. When it ends, you'll be on the Grey Road.

Blue Maze: In one of the exits of the Mini Maze, you'll be here. It has two Shadow Ladies (one sane, other insane, but she can't move.) In one of the entrances, there's a clone of you walking the other way. The clone can be killed, but doing so, will result on you waking up.

Hot Springs: Again, other place acessible of the Mini Maze, if you solve it. It is a rather small place with a Hot Spring.

Laboratory: Accessed by entering the red lego door and heading to the bottom floor of the map.

Forest World

Notable areas found within this world

Shadow Lady Forest: An area full of shadow ladies. To get there, you must find a sane shadow lady wandering north-east of the hole in the ground. Pull the chainsaw on her and go to the hole as quickly as possible. Go back up to the surface to enter the Shadow Lady Forest.

Underground: A place where you get the Lantern effect. Other than this, there's not much to do here.

Chocolate World: By going on the White Chocolate bar, you end up here. It's full of chocolates, and a pink running rabbit. Also accessible from the Theatre and Hand Hub.
