[[Category:wataru]] The Hidden Shoal (浅瀬, Asase, Shoal) is an area accessible from the Forest Pier.
Features
The Hidden Shoal is a light area covered in a shallow sea, embodied by viridian islands in odd swirling formations, one large group forming an Aztec-styled man, with coral scattered throughout the area.
Several featureless transparent people slowly wade the waters, destined to wander until time's unwinding. Old, damaged vending machines and benches can also be found submerged by the shoal's water.
A pink conic house, similar to a certain girl's home, is located deeper in the area. Inacessible for a long time, it now leads to Marina's house.
Marina's House
Inside of that conic house (浅瀬の家, Asase no Ie, Shoal's House) is a colorful bedroom, where you can find a green-haired girl named Marina. When interacted with, she will take Urotsuki to the Blue Cactus Islands. Switching off the lights will reveal a door that leads to the Neon Sea. [1]
Trivia
- This world highly resembles Pastel Shoal World from Yume Nikki, up to the point of having a saturated pink-striped conic house deeper in the area. It is similar to the False Shoal in this regard.
- The conic house once led to a room that houses elements similar in nature to Poniko's room, where the light switch has a 1/45 chance of triggering an event that is not unlike the Uboa event. Interacting with the monster that the girl has transformed into from there will send her to a black area, surrounded by the five people from the room's posters, waking Urotsuki up. Following its removal, later versions have set the house's destination to the red area in the Victorian Drains. Despite that, the room can still be accessed using Debug Mode in Map 0659, with the light switch's functionality intact, and going through the exit will show a dialog that the link to the area has been removed.
- ↑ Note that if the angelic statue in the Forest Pier has not been chainsawed yet, the main entrance will be locked, assuming that the player has entered the house from the Neon Sea.
