Japan Town (昭和路地, Shōwa Roji, Shōwa Alley) is an area in Marijuana Goddess World and can be accessed from the Sewers in the Dark Room.

- The Underground Bar - Found by going into the building on the very left of the town and through the dark pathway (A sub-area of the Sewers). There you will find the Bar. A slowed down version of the Vishnu Rave song is playing in the background. If you sit on the stool (and if you have money) and press Z, the Bartender will give you a drink. If you take too many drinks, the bar will start to warp and you will either wake up or see the images of people that you have killed.
Wheel Girl, News Man and Kanban Otoko can be seen in this area. If you sit next to News Man (if you sit in his place, it won't work) and wait a few seconds, a bus comes along and transports you to the Maiden Outlook. There is also the Box Shop Keeper; a blue robot (like the one in The Hand Hub) who sometimes looks out of his balcony and nods when you interact with him. Checking his drawers will give you some money. If he is sitting inside, you can join him using the Boy Effect.
If you interact with the red mailbox, it will transport you to the Dark Museum. If you go to the hole between the hedges nearest to the Underground Bar, you can get money if you walk into it. When going through the smaller hole next to it, it will take you to the area behind the hotel. There is also a part in this area where you can get into the back alley.
On occasions (after using the Polygon Effect in the Robot's house?) it will become night, with a blue glow.
