Shallows of Deceit is a small area that can be accessed from multiple areas, namely The Gutter, Smiley Signs World and a isolated area of City of Liars.
Features
Shallows of Deceit is a set of separate small rooms that are connected by a series of doors. The layout of this world is similar to The Gutter, in that there are only a small set of doors in each room. Unlike The Gutter, the colors of the rooms are either bright red or monochromatic. These colors are referring to the color palettes of City of Liars and of Smiley Signs World.
In some of the rooms of this world, you will find one multiple Depressed Folk, who have their backs arched and their arms slouched in front of their torso. These not not dissimilar to the green person found in Broken Faces Area and are identical to the inhabitants of The Gutter.

Isolated Section of City of Liars
There is not much to do or see here. Inside this separate portion of City of Liars, you can find a castle, a figure inscribed on the ground that resembles a monkey, and the numbers "28" inscribed. There is also a single Vending Machine and a bench.
