Upon interacting with Shimofuri-tan, she grants Urotsuki the Cake effect, together with Wallpapers #54 and #159.
Appearance
Shimofuri-tan is a pale skinned girl with light blonde hair. Atop her head seems to be the top of a cake with white icing and seven strawberries or red fruits. She has red eyes and a yellow dress with a white bow or collar, a striped red and pink belt, a white skirt hem and red shoes.
