The Snowy Apartments is an area accessible from either a red door in Garden World or the Underground Garage.

The Snowy Apartments is a large, looping complex of blue-white apartment buildings. Some of these buildings reveal their interior upon entry, and may have occupants, while those that do not may contain hidden pathways leading to other areas within this world.
