The Gutter is a very dark, branching area. where the different sections of it are separated in rooms through the area.

Entering from the Bright Forest will have you inside an isolated point of the map, where you can access the rest of the world by using (EFFECT) towards the upper walls of it.

If you enter from the Shallows of Deceit instead. there will be NPCs recembling the ones from that world in the start. if you make your way deeper instead, you will find some NPCs resembling sharp floating stones, Wich become more colorful with the Rainbow effect, and stop moving and become darker with the Glasses and Stretch effects. numerous entrances either unreachable or with construction cones blocking them can be found as well. as you make your way through the area, you will eventually find a door that leads to a much more colorful room. This room has colorful versions of the stone NPCs, as well as graffitis on the wall and eyes in the sides that follow Urotsuki. from here, you can find a barricated path with construction signs, as well as another door in the end of this room that leads to a room with a ladder. using it will lead to the Lavender Park. A small area in wich is constantly raining, going to either side from here will reveal that the area is barricated by construction signs as for now.

If you keep exploring the main area, there will be a certain room completely filled with NPCs. if you open your way through them, you will find yourself in a small room with blood splattered in it. using (EFFECT) will reveal that there is a red version of the NPC in Lovesick world looking at the blood, and using (EFFECT) instead will show that ???-tsuki is sitting in the middle of it.
