In a hidden passage in the area, there will be a certain room completely filled with NPCs. If you open your way through them, you will find yourself in a extremely dark and small room with blood splattered in it, with static playing in the background. Using the Glasses effect will reveal that there is a red version of the NPC in Lovesick world looking at the blood, and using the Grave effect instead will show that ???-tsuki is sitting in the middle of it. Entering the door at the lower left will bring you back to the main area.
