Bugfixes on the Abandoned Factory, Atlantis, Laboratory, French Street, Dream Bank, the Computer and the Music Room.

Modified events related to qxy bugfix made in patch 2. Removed event that turns off the bugfix while entering the Nexus and Urotsuki's Room. Slightly modified the Vending Machine event and the Piggy Bank event. Closed the connection to the Flooded Dungeon from the Icy Garden. Modified the Wooden Polycube Ruins and other qxy maps (Please inform if you find any other significant change that wasn't put in the changelog).
