Interaction
The victim reacts to a few effects, as well as the current state of the Snowy Forest. Perhaps most notably, if you try to kill them with the Chainsaw effect, instead of the usual blood animation and scream followed by the NPC fading away, the Victim will stand there for a moment before falling down and bleeding all over the snow; this is perhaps the most gruesome scene of violence in the entire game. The other effect that they react to is the Telephone effect; if you interact with them while it is equipped, they will pick up the phone and call for help, resulting in them being saved. This unlocks Wallpaper #328.

Players who wish to find and save the victim can find them by travelling directly north from the pair of trees that teleport you to the Winter Path.
Appearance
The Victim is a short NPC with a small and somewhat unremarkable silhouette, presumably to emphasize their status as "The Victim". They wear blue jeans, a thick black coat, and a red scarf, and have the same hair color as Urotsuki. They stand next to a small blue tent, and if you travel slightly southeast from their position, you can find what appears to be their car.
