Victorian Drains (公園, Koen, Park) is area, accesible through the stairs located right in the centre of the Aquarium building in the Overgrown City. It has divided to the three parts.
Underground Maze.
After you walk over stair in the centre of the Aquarium, you'll appear in the maze, standing on the water. It features tight passages, looking like a maze, but actually you can't get lost there, because it's almost straight way to the second part of this map. Here you can find lots of small plants,growing from the water, and some big plants, which looking like trees, catched in web. Also in the south west side of maze, not far from the entrance you'll find sitting fishman, resembling that in the Deserted Pier. He doesn't react any effect, just fishing and trembles when interacted with. After you walk over some ladders and passages you'll come to the second part.
Neon Street.
Unlike previous part, that territory is very colorful, bright and has a pretty melody playing. Here are many torses and glowing mushrooms, walls covered by the graffity-looking eyes, and there are glowing orbs flying around. Also you can find here two benches. Going further you'll pass ring on the floor and to the creepy location which look like bleeding eyes, painted with the black on the red background. Heading right will get you to the last part of this map.
Abandoned Park.
Last part of this location resembles park, abandoned long ago. It features the horse on the spring, working vending machine, something look like passage, skeleton of the dinosaur, and the boat in the upper side. After you interact with horse, Urotsuki will sit on it, and you can a swing her a little by pressing right and left. In the upper side of that part you'll see a boat. After Urotsuki come to the pier, screen will pan and you'll able to see shiny background, reminding picture of town. Thing, looking like a yellow arch with hands teleport you to the Neon Aquatic Cavern
