Features
The Winter Valley is a small area covered by snow. Many groups of trees can be found across the area, along with other blue trees.
If the area in entered from Solstice Forest, Urotsuki will appear in between a group of trees. The head of the same blue creature from said world can be found on a stick. From here, a pink balloon with a kitty face can be found by going south and slightly to the west. Interacting with this balloon allows connection with the Calcarina Sea.
