That's not correct, mojibake in the readme file appears if your text editor doesn't support Shift-JIS codepage, extraction troubles have nothing to do with it. The solution is to use an editor like Notepad++, which can automatically determine the codepage of the file. |

The Purpose of this Page
When I created this page roughly two years ago, I intended for it to be updated with the dates of last contribution, and a list of well-known maps for each, perhaps with a link to a category page if they have a lot of maps, like 710 or wataru. This is to give fans who like particular contributors (such as oudn or wataru, who are somewhat popular) a general idea as to whether or not their favorite author is still active. Please remember to do this. The information can be found in the .txt file that comes with the game. If it's in mojibake, you extracted the game incorrectly.
Furthermore, it's best to not speculate on what each author is doing, or their gender, or whether or not the fans really like them or not, unless it's verifiable information. As far as I know, for example, dedp, despite not actively adding maps anymore, still hangs out in the developers' thread on 2ch and chats with other contributors, so they are still very much involved in the development process.
Refrain from hagiography. This is a place for information, not a place to gush about your favorite author.

Jeez, I just thought it would be fairly decent information. Although I suppose I can understand when I mentioned that Wataru was the "most prolific" author, I should have specified that I really only meant they had added the most worlds.
That, and I mostly guessed at his pronouns. He used a female representative in the Music Room, so I really just used female pronouns because it seemed like the BETTER guess to me. I didn't mean to speculate on his gender or anything of the sort, I really just... didn't know.
But yeah, I'm sorry if this seemed like haigography, I really didn't intend for it to be. Lips McGee (talk) 04:06, June 30, 2017 (UTC)
