If anybody's interested, here's a partial English patch for 0.100
Right now, the effect names and descriptions are translated, as well as most of the in-game PC's option menus. The drawer next to the PC is done as well.
The game will appear to "lock up" when first attempting to load a saved game into the patched version, just hit the down key to move away from the computer to fix it. This doesn't happen once you save again.
