Blizzard Plains is an area accessible from the house in Experimentation Building.

Features

Blizzard Plains is an open snow field with an ongoing blizzard. Urotsuki's speed is massively reduced here and cannot be increased even with the Bike effect.

The area is mostly empty with occasional hills covered in snow. Some of the few points of interest here is a hole in the hill which Urotsuki can sit inside and a red creature with moving arms whose mouth is blocked by a construction sign.

Going through the area, you'll encounter a small pool of ice with a sign with an exclamation mark near it. Stepping on it several times will cause Urotsuki to fall through and end up in a huge body of water with the Penguin effect automatically equipped. After some time, a giant fish with red eyes will appear on the horizon, who will swing its tail faster and faster. After about half a minute of waiting, the fish will attack Urotsuki all of a sudden, forcing her to wake up.
