The Nopperabou Witches are a group of NPCs that can be found at the shore of the Witch's Island.
Appearance
The Nopperabou Witches all have pale purple-tinted skin with long black hair. They wear red shoes and have dark cyan dresses. Their hair and dresses flow in the wind.
Interaction
There are four Nopperabou Witches on the Witch's Island, all simply standing around. Two of them are facing forward, one faces backward, and one near the bottom of the area seems to be looking towards the sky with her mouth open.
