Overview

Pain Blob is a NPC that can be found in The Sewers east side from the ladder. It is a faceless purple slime-like creature that blocks the way to the east side of entrance.

Interaction

Stabbing it with the Knife effect causes it to gain a hollow, sad pain face. It cannot be killed no matter how many times it is stabbed. It does not move by using Cat effect.

Speculation

It might have been used to block the way to the Nopperabou Ghost's place by making the Sewers look like a loop, but in the end KIKIYAMA decided to block both sides.
